All the cancellations must be send in writing to TRAVEL PLAN, Kralja Petra I Karadordevica 109, 78000 Banja Luka , Bosnia and Herzegovina, and are subject to the following conditions:
Cancelations before October 1, 2017: full refund of the registration fee minus a handling fee of 25 EUR
Cancelations October 1 - 31, 2017: refund of 50 % of the registration fee minus handling fee of 25 EUR
Cancelations after November 1, 2017 : no refund
Important :Travel Plan reserves the right to charge 25 EUR for any changes and cancellations

By Bank transfer : The bank transfer payment should be made payable to Travel Plan The participant`s full name and the Reference number K 11-17 should be included in the payment.
By Credit card : The payments made by credit card (Master Card, Visa) will be in local currency BAM and the EURO fee amount will be calculated according to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.
